Meet Dom

Dom began his coffee journey in 2013 as a humble barista. Shortly after starting he began to compete and found success in a national competition. His understanding of coffee, flavours and creative flair gained recognition and set him on a journey that would include working at the highest levels of the world’s 4th largest coffee roaster/chain! After some time he left the recipe development role and started working for Coffee Equipment Manufacturers starting in 2017. It was at this point he would start to hone his skills as a technician and develop his knowledge to the point that he would be asked for input on new products and would test the suitability of new designs and parts. During the 8 years working with manufacturers Dom has helped countless technicians with remote diagnosis, he has trained dozens of colleagues on servicing and diagnosing equipment and has travelled the world in support of the global brands he has worked with.

Now he is setting up “Choice CTS” right back where he started in South Yorkshire to bring about a new wave of technical support. He wants to be your “Choice” of technical support. Offering great customer service, excellent technical services and detailed reports after every visit.
